Michelle is a former tech professional turned Pilates Instructor. So she's all too familiar with "tech-neck" and other misalignments that develop in the body due to periods of prolonged sitting in front of a computer.
She uses counter-movements to lengthen the neck, open the chest, strengthen the core, and improve the body's total posture. Along with "desk rehab," she also specializes in athletic conditioning. In addition to being a certified STOTT Pilates instructor, Michelle is TRX-certified, and she loves incorporating TRX, as well as body weight and stability exercises into her routines to keep the body challenged.
She loves helping others become more self-aware of their body. When consistent , clients repost moving and feeling stronger in their everyday lives. When not in the studio, Michelle loves to travel, hang with her doggy and be a momma to her little boy!
