We are looking to expand to multiple clinics across the region in the near future and pride ourselves on being able to give each person who comes through our door specialist, hands-on treatment, with an allocated slot solely for them to work through the issues they are facing.

Perhaps in your current role, you are tired of not being able to give the personal, dedicated treatment you want – or indeed what the client actually needs? It may feel more like a clinical conveyor belt of people coming through the door and straight out again. Here we build friendships and long-term connections with people that last a lifetime rather than 10 minutes.

We’re a private, women’s health clinic and Pilates studio – you will find us in Encinitas, California - just blocks away from the amazing Moonlight beach.

LEVEL4 PT & Pilates started in 2017, built on Dr. Dawn’s belief that women deserve a place for healing and expert care, outside the traditional medical system. She has an extensive background in Pilates and as a dancer, so as she walked away from her position as a physical therapist at the Nike World Headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon, Dr. Dawn wanted to build a unique place where the two specialties merge, clients become friends, and stay with us for more than just the care.

As a company, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional client care, as well as giving our pelvic floor physical therapists plenty of opportunities and openings to develop their clinical skills and further their careers.

We are very community-based with our thinking and regularly put on health classes and workshops for our clients and the general public.
